MrBeast is suing the company that preps the MrBeast Burgers around the US.
👉 Background: In 2012, Jimmy Donaldson launched his YouTube channel called MrBeast. Fast forward 11 years, MrBeast has over 287 million subscribers across his multiple channels. And with that loyal audience, comes a LOT of opportunities:
👉 What happened: But now, MrBeast is suing a company called Virtual Dining Concepts, the company that preps the MrBeast Burgers around the US. Customers have reportedly called MrBeast Burgers "revolting" and "inedible".
👉 What else: These complaints are doing some serious damage to Beasts' street cred. And this just goes to show that the ghost kitchen concept ain't working quite the way it panned out.
💡Ghost kitchens, also known as dark kitchens, are commercial kitchens that are specially made for food delivery services or pick up.
💡While some restaurants have their own ghost kitchen, which can work well, there are also ghost kitchen startups, where a single kitchen can operate on behalf of several restaurants.
💡All the multitasking can make it hard to maintaining the quality, as well as enforcing health and safety codes. And while these ghost kitchens meant MrBeast could scale his Beast Burgers to over 1,000 locations worldwide, it also meant he totally lost quality control.
