Terms and Conditions - survey (July 25)

Eligibility:
The survey is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry Period:
The survey will open on July 14th, 2025, at 5:00 pm (AEST) and will close on July 20th, 2025, at 5:00 pm (AEST). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the survey within the entry period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same participant will be disqualified.

Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible survey submissions. The winner will be chosen by a random draw conducted on or after July 20th, 2025.

Notification of Winner:
The winner will be notified via email at the address provided in the survey within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days of the email being sent, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:
The prize consists of 2 x $250 Uber Eats vouchers which will be transferred to your nominated email address.

Prize Transfer:
The winners are responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct. Flux will not be liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete email address information provided by the winner.

General Terms:
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Flux reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with the eligibility requirements or attempts to enter fraudulently.

Privacy:
Personal information collected for the purposes of this survey will only be used to administer the prize draw and notify the winner. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfilment.

Liability:
Flux is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of their participation in the survey or acceptance of the prize.

Modification or Cancellation:
Flux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the survey or prize draw at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, technical issues or fraudulent activity.
